In-Person Care

In-person care in Boca Raton, Houston, Chicago & Denver

In-person sessions happen with the team based in each city: clinical care in Boca Raton, Houston, Chicago, and Denver, plus in-person caregiver mentorship with Nina Jolly in Austin. In every city, the whole team is one telehealth session away, and most patients combine the two.

Florida

Boca Raton

Our practice headquarters, where Drs. Zach and Allie Appenzeller and Dr. Natalia Levy see patients in person. Everything we do is here, for children, adolescents, and adults: FBT, CBT-E, and CBT-AR for eating disorders; ERP for OCD and anxiety; PE and CPT for trauma; perinatal mental health; Parent Management Training for defiant behavior; DBT and RO-DBT for longstanding patterns. In-home intensives for eating disorders and OCD & anxiety across South Florida, virtual intensives at each clinician's standard session rate, and the rest of our team by telehealth.

Virtual Care

Specialty care in 40+ states

Through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), our psychologists can provide telehealth across 40+ participating states. The treatments do not change with the format: FBT, CBT-E, ERP, and exposure-based CBT, delivered over secure video with the same fidelity we hold to in person. That includes virtual intensives (several sessions across a week, or an extended session in a single day), billed at each clinician's standard session rate.

Specialty care is scarce: many families have no eating disorder, OCD, or anxiety specialist within reasonable driving distance. Telehealth is how the right treatment reaches you anyway.

That's exactly what our screening call is for. We'll help you figure out which clinician is the best clinical fit and which format works for your situation. There's no need to pre-decide.
